Our team



The Grange team is led by Debbie who is the heart and soul of the community.  Debbie has been at The Grange for more than ten years and has two decades of experience in managing communities.  Debbie is committed to delivering service to owners that is second to none.  She delights in making sure that people live life to the fullest and feel safe, secure and socially connected.


One of the big differences at The Grange is that owners are represented by a committee of peers who are elected according to the Strata Act to ensure that the community is operated and governed to the highest of standards. This gives owners a forum to be heard and to ensure decision-making is to the benefit of the people who live at The Grange.



For some people as they age, the need for greater support  and care can arise.  A key benefit of ownership at The Grange is the availability of care services on site 24 hours a day.  Assistance is only a phone call away, which gives owners and their loved ones great peace of mind should the need for help arise.

Our maintenance team takes pride in delivering service excellence to The Grange owners. They are skilled, professional and courteous, and they always go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Whether it is a routine check-up, a repair or an emergency, our maintenance team is ready to respond quickly and efficiently, making life just that much easier. 


Our gardening team is dedicated to creating and maintaining a beautiful and inviting environment for owners and guests. They are experienced, friendly and passionate about their work, and they always strive to create a beautiful garden setting that is a signature of life at The Grange.  Best of all, you never need to worry about the grounds being immaculately cared for, giving you more time to do the things you love.
